HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
To make a purchase through the Mr. Strappy online store, simply select your chosen item and click ‘Add to Cart’.
The cart icon on the top right of the screen will update to display the product selected. You can elect to complete your purchase, by clicking this icon and proceeding to the checkout by clicking ‘Checkout’, or continue shopping to add more items to your cart.
Once you proceed to ‘Checkout’, there are simple prompts to guide you through the purchase process. Please note that when you complete your purchase you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions of our online store. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD THROUGH THE ONLINE STORE?
All transactions on this website are processed using Shopify Payments, a secure online payment gateway that is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-Order allows you to secure your purchase, ahead of the piece being available for delivery. Full payment is required at the time of pre-order and notification of shipment will be sent to your email account once dispatched. For information around the expected delivery time, please refer to the details under the 'SHIPPING' tab at the bottom of this page.
IN WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY PURCHASE BE DELIVERED?
All chains will arrive in a branded envelope within a protective bubble wrap package.
CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONALISED GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY PURCHASE?
Yes, please email info@mrstrappy.com.au at the time of order with your gift message. Messages are hand written & included with your purchase.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?
Currently, Mr. Strappy is only shipping within Australia.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX ON MY PURCHASE?
All prices are displayed inclusive of GST (10% tax).
HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
After your order is placed, you will receive a notification to your email account that your order has been received. Please note, your order is not confirmed until payment has been received. Items are then prepared prepared for dispatch, at which point a notification to your email account regarding the shipment information will be sent.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Express Post guarantees next business day delivery if orders are placed prior to 10AM on a business day (Monday to Friday). You will receive an email with tracking information upon dispatch.
AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?
Sure! Upon dispatch, all customers will receive a notification via email that includes full tracking information for their parcel. To track your item, visit the Australia Post website or click here.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Mr. Strappy accepts the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition within 14 days of order receipt for exchange.
If a faulty item is received, please contact us on info@mrstrappy.com.au to arrange return via post. If the item is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, a replacement will be issued.
DO I COVER THE SHIPPING FEES IN THE RETURN PROCESS?
Mr. Strappy is not responsible for return shipping (other than faulty items) for the exchange of change of mind items. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover shipping costs to dispatch their updated order upon exchange of goods.
HOW CAN I LOOK AFTER MY MR. STRAPPY CHAIN?
PLATED & PAINTED METALS:
Plated & painted metals are more susceptible to chipping and colour fade.
We strongly recommend avoiding extreme temperatures, over exposure to bright light, perfumes and water as this may cause colour deterioration or tarnishing of metals.
Always remove your Mr. Strappy chain prior to exercise, showering, moisturising and swimming. Take care to protect your plated jewellery from impact against hard or abrasive surfaces.
Delicate chains can break if pulled or snagged with force. Between wears, we recommend storing all chains in a protective box or pouch.
LEATHER:
Leather is designed to age with wear, and may fade and soften over time.
We suggest avoiding water as well as perfumes and cosmetics to ensure a long lasting leather sunglasses strap.
